GenPol’s Quarantine Kitchen: Lilia’s Pasta Frolla

These biscotti remind me of my childhood: when I was too small to reach the kitchen table, and I had to stand on a chair to be able to work on the dough. To me, they smell like Italy and like home, which is priceless in these uncertain times, when it’s hard to know when I’ll be able to visit my Italian family. My partner and I decorated this gluten and dairy-free version with the initials of the people we love, and also added a homage to NHS workers.

(…for English-speakers this is a very easy, child-friendly, all-purpose biscuit dough recipe)
